Born in India, then moved with parents to their new home of "Glencoe, Derry Road, Strabane, Co.Tyrone, N.Ireland". Student Montessori teacher, then student nurse during World War 2. Lived in Londonderry for about 25 years; first at Boating Club Lane for a couple of years and then "Ardcaien Cottage, Culmore Road, Londonderry". Emigrated to Naxxar, Malta when husband retired and started a Stone Cutting business there. After about ten years, settled in the old police house in the fishing village of Avoch, Scotland.
